You must describe in detail the bag itself and what's in it for me to even respond. I would like to get this back to the rightful owner. Grey male cat has landed at my door stoop, and seems lost, and maybe has a cold...very very affectionate...has a sore between his shoulder blades, maybe a bad reaction to flea medication?
