We are looking to hire a technician to assist us in maintaining our short term rental properties. Make money performing light handyman jobs, maintaining pools & spas, appliance repairs, furniture repairs, carpentry, furniture assembly, tv mounting, light plumbing (installing dishwashers, toilets, fixing leaks), electrical tasks (changing light fixtures, switches, etc.), trash haul and anything else needed. Any HVAC experience is a plus! Anyone that has experience with flooring install, pool maintenance, sheet-rock, carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, A/C etc. could be a good fit as well. The more skills the better. Figure it out and get it done right the first time. 10 of our short term rental properties are in South West Austin (Oak Hill Area) & 5 in Central Austin. Company vehicle & Health benefits negotiable We handle general maintenance on residential rental properties, remodels, rekeying properties, make ready’s, and more. You won't be bored! Seeking a reliable and honest employee/contractor with an eye for detail. If you are looking for a stable job to settle in with for years, we want you! Requirements - Must have references -Must be committed to seeing jobs to completion -Must be available to answer after hours emergency requests Work hours Monday- Friday flexible hours but at least 40+ hrs weekly.
