The perfect candidate must meet the following requirements: -Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, and must be able to attend maintenance emergencies at night, weekends and holidays -Must maintain reliable transportation and cell phone -Must have self-owned tools -Maintain professional appearance -Communicate basic English through verbal and writing -Pass criminal background check -Follow directions and be a team player Please send your resume or information for an interview.
