WEEDING & General Lawn Help Needed $12-15/hr

I need an extra set of hands to help with general landscaping and odd jobs, nothing difficult or involved. Description: Maybe 2 days of weeding initially, maintenance weekly, mowing/ trimming weekly 3/4 acre with fence, hedge trimming as needed 10-12 bushes, help shoveling top soil/ mulch, basic lawn/ garden maintenance with odd jobs here and there as needed. Opportunity for winter work as well, lots of painting needed. I will provide all tools and equipment, MUST be able to operate a lawn mower, leaf blower, weed whacker, hedge trimmer (competently ) Compensation: $12-15/hour depending on work ethic with bonus opportunity. I am fair and generous, if your good to me, I'll be good to you. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU ARE NOT RELIABLE AND HARD WORKING, bs not tolerated. MUST have reliable transportation.
