Description
We are accepting applications for a unique temporary positions at the Federal Courthouse in Madison. Those selected will be paid $200 at the end of each day, plus an additional $15 a day for parking. The job involves watching a jury trial and providing opinions on the evidence. These temporary positions will begin Monday, June 7, and are expected to last until Friday, June 18. (Monday-Friday, 10 days total)
To qualify for this opportunity you MUST:
Be a United States citizen,
Have a valid Wisconsin identification (e.g., drivers license),
Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (for confidentiality)
Be available weekdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm, June 7-18,
Be available for a brief Zoom interview (exact time depends on your schedule),
Cannot have participated in a focus group involving a lawsuit in the past 2 years.
There are no specific demographic qualifications for this project. We want a wide range of education and employment backgrounds. (We understand that most applicants will be unemployed.)
