Hello, my name is Mukhtar Abdulkhaleiq. I’m a student at University Of Vermont and this year I am running my own branch of a national painting company, Collegiate Entrepreneurs. I am looking for several painters and a production manager (PM) for the summer. I’m offering a 200 dollar bonus to anyone with a truck. General responsibilities for PM include: 1. Responsible for ALL aspects of production a. The hiring & firing, training, and managing of painters b. Hitting a predetermined Labor and Material Budget c. Hitting a predetermined Two Week production target d. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through customer attention and quality of work. e. Coordinating the movement and maintenance of all equipment 2. To help ensure a consistent flow of work for the crew, the PM will generate new business through referrals Requirements for both: 1. No fear of heights or ladders 2. Must have own form of transportation (truck is a plus) 3. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and goal oriented 4. Must be willing to do preseason and inseason marketing 5. Must be 18 years of age or older a. Experience not required, but is a plus Compensation: 1. Starting wage is $13/hour ($14/hr for PM) a. One dollar raise per calendar month PM Bonuses: 2% bonus Per job completed on budget Bonus for Excellent Customer Report Cards For referrals from jobs completed For hitting bi-weekly payroll targets Additional Benefits: 1.
