Prospera Property Management is seeking a Full time Porter in Kingsville and Full Time Maintenance Technicians in Corpus Christi and Robstown area. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Porter - This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required. • Maintenance Technician - 2-5 years experience (maintenance tasks include caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance) required, must have high school diploma/GED and Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.
