Great job for apartment maintenance person. Our family has owned and operated several residential and commercial buildings in the Havertown area for over 50 years. We are looking for a qualified person to join our maintenance staff. This person should have a positive can-do attitude with good customer service skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Repairs and general maintenance Apartment turnovers Plumbing repairs Electrical repairs Hot water & heating repairs Repair/replace locks Replace broken windows Complete resident requested service orders in a timely manner Install/refinish kitchen cabinetry Ground keeping and maintenance 24 Hour On Call duties as required Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and perform snow removal duties as needed. Required: Must have a valid driver's license Must own reliable transportation Must have necessary tools Must pass drug and criminal background check Must live close to Drexel Hill/Havertown area
