The hours are 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday You will get weekly bonus incentives $ if you meet 40 hours - for Every 40 Hours you work! Our Client handles recycling electronics. They are currently looking to bring on team players to fill roles as Manual Material Handlers. DOES GETTING PAID TO TAKE THINGS APART APPEAL TO YOU? HERE'S A BRIEF OVERVIEW: - Working on an assembly line taking apart electronics like televisions, computers, laptops, etc. Some of the electronics you will extract reusable precious metals. You are recycling the electronics. You will use general hand tools like a hammer etc. and be provided protective gear such as gloves, overall. If you enjoy taking things apart, using hand tools, you will love this job!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following: - Inspect an array of parts, determine its category, and place part into correct container. - Work on sort line and remove parts or items - Sort batteries into proper containers - Identify hazardous materials and sort accordingly - Properly identify material for proper sorting - Observes material for quality and reports any issues - Operate pallet jack - Properly use hand and power tools - Stack and store the materials in the appropriate areas - Mentor New Employees - Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following policies and procedures - Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate plant operations - Keep appropriate records and reports, ensure daily totals are completed and accurate - Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards - Other duties as assigned, including general housekeeping. Requirements: - Reliable! - Organized and efficient - Proven time management skills - Excellent accuracy with recordkeeping and data input - Manufacturing plant experience preferred but not mandatory PAY: The hourly pay starts at $12.00. When you transition to F/T status your pay will increase between $14 - $16.00/hour! PERKS: Each Week you work and make 40 hours you will get a $ Bonus Incentive!
