Hello Austin! We are a small high end residential landscape design and installation business. We have been in business for 18 Great years. All of our business is based on referral. We have never advertised. Word of mouth has kept us all happy for quite some time. Our landscapes are Guaranteed for 1 year after installation if we are allowed to maintain them as we recommend. After that first year, clients tend to keep us on to do their weekly maintenance. We are not in the business of replacing landscapes. We are in the business of doing it right the first time. We are in need of a foreman who is not hesitant of going the extra mile on a daily basis. Going the extra mile is how we have stayed in business this long. We have some pretty amazing clients...as well as some okay clients. lol All of which matter the same to us as a team. It is their referrals that keep us going onto the next job site. We work all over the Austin area. Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to and from work. Some days we may move to several worksites within the day. We hire crew guys and pay them above average so we can hold them to a higher standard. This would be your job. To maximize labor throughout the day. I also prefer foremen to lead by example IE get in the trenches with the guys and work hard. We have a hydraulic trailer and a T-650 along with every power tool you could need for anything. If we don't have it we get it. Foremen are responsible for showing us to the job site at the start time with all the tools needed for the day. This means you would usually start an hour before the crew start time to gather tools and make it to the site on time. It's pretty amazing to say, but we're still growing! Our client list is getting longer and we need to be able to split up. We currently have 3 foremen doing a great job. We are in need of a new Lead Foremen. Our current Lead Foreman is moving to CA in a matter of months. This is a perfect time to step in and learn how we do things, then take over. If you have experience and you're good managing people, please reach out to us. We're flexible on the pay. It depends on what you're bringing to the table and what we're able to see in the field over time. We Love what we do! We want someone who Loves creating outdoor living spaces. Ideally you would have a solid work ethic, love working outside, be able to operate heavy machinery, be able to lift 100 lbs easily and wanting to grow with a company.
