Position: Pressure Washing Technician needed for locally owned & operated company due to growth. Seeking a career minded individual that wants to grow with the company. Schedule: FULL TIME position with opportunity to work more and earn more if desired. 4 or 5 day work week, you choose. Experience: None needed, Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, pride in work and attention to detail. Compensation: $12 - $15+ per hr based on experience and advancement (our best techs make $40k+ working 40 hrs a week) Advancement: Develop into Operations Manager and manage/oversee projects Work Requirements: This position is based on a single person operation unit in cleaning, restoring, installing and other activities with full paid training provided. Must be a team player and must be willing to work hard. The harder and more efficient you work, the more money you make. If you have slacked off during past jobs DO NOT APPLY as it will become obvious very quick. Most of our work is washing commercial buildings, residential homes, fencing, decking, restaurants, fleets and other structures. We also do concrete staining, garage and warehouse epoxy, commercial flooring, expansion joint repair and replace and many other services. Dependability is extremely important. Must maintain a professional image, show attention to detail, pride in work and respect of equipment and people. Capable of lots of fast walking, and being able to handle a pressurized wand. Lifting 50 lbs on occasion, and some ladder and roof work. Musts: - Have reliable transportation to The Spring/Woodlands area. You will then drive in the work van to the jobs, to be returned to you vehicle when work is completed. - Be on time, and come to work as scheduled. - Be able to speak and read some english - Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check which must include a clean driving history To apply, send letter of interest or resume to this posting.
