I'm giving away some furniture, TV's, and a few accessories. The lot includes dining table + chairs and bench, IKEA loft bed with all parts, instructions and nuts/bolts plus many other items. I am clearing house to move and I dont need these items. I'm looking for someone who needs these items, or can give them a new home. The following rules apply. 1. You must pick up ALL items. 2. You must have a minimum 10' Van. 3. You must have at least 2 people who can lift/carry 50lbs + ( my apartments is 2nd floor. Enough room to get all pieces out) 4. All items must be collected on Sundays between 9am-11am. 5. No picking or choosing items. All or nothing. 6. 2 TV's are in excellent working order. One is a smart TV, the smaller one.
