I want to get rid of a 2004 Honda Civic. The issue is I have the old title with the previous owner signature and my signature as the buyer. I never got it transferred through the DMV because of the whole COVID pandemic shut down. Now I have a car I don’t want anymore and I don’t want to go through the whole DMV process just to junk anyways.
