Seeking a hard-working, reliable janitor for an apartment complex in the Buena Park / Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
The property has over 250 apartments of affordable, multifamily housing. Seeking to add a 5th janitor to our site staff.
Ideal candidate should have 1+ years experience with general maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. Typical duties focused on cleaning common areas and grounds, turning over apartments after move-outs, and anything else necessary to help repair and maintain the building.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. After probationary period, candidate would move to union position as Helper C in SIEU Local 1. May need to be available in evenings.
