A Commercial Property Management Company currently seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Person for several retail shopping centers located in the Inland Empire. Please respond by email with your resume and/or contact information to promptly schedule an interview Duties & Responsibilities Include but not limited to: • Conduct daily inspections at all properties & work on all maintenance requests for various types of maintenance work and diagnose any issues • Perform Weekly & Monthly preventative maintenance for all buildings • Maintain the overall condition of the buildings and grounds including inside & outside custodial duties as required • Have a thorough knowledge of building maintenance in order to complete assigned service requests • Minor plumbing repairs • Minor electrical repairs • Graffiti removal • Driver’s license required, will have to travel between properties, must have own reliable transportation & method of contact • This position is Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm – Some Flexible Hours Available • Perform routine building maintenance • General grounds keeping duties • Light cleaning • Maintaining a professional courteous manner with all tenants and contractors • Assuring compliance with safety standards • Ability to communicate effectively & to handle a fast-paced, varied work environment • Must be organized, self-motivated & have positive attitude • Ability to lift 50lbs, work on feet all day and use a ladder • Ability to work independently & wiliness to work hard & meet deadlines • We are an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 /hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
