POSITION SUMMARY: Efficient set-up and operation of machinery to produce quality products. Efficient quality confirmation and packing as per the product and/or customer specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Packages bags/rolls *Works closely with Operator Changeover Tech to ensure understanding of all directions *Inspects product to ensure we meet quality specifications on work order and/or specific customer requirements *Works with operator to make in-process adjustments to maintain product quality *Pulls resin samples and finished product retains as needed *Weighs, packages and labels finished product 1. Works a 12-hour day shift (7AM-7PM), 3/4 days a week; every other weekend is mandatory or, 2. Works a 12-hour night shift (7PM-7AM), 3/4 days a week; every other weekend is mandatory REQUIREMENTS: *Regularly required to stand for the working hours during the 12 hour shift and communicate *Ability to see and hear *Occasionally required to stretch, bend, climb, or balance *Often required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. *Frequently required to lift 30 to 40 pounds *Occasionally climb tower stairways up to 345 feet high LENGTH OF POSITION: Temp to perm!
