ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – BREWSTER NY Brewster based plumbing company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. What you will do: • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, labor hours, budgets and expenditures. • Organize, attend and participate in project meetings. This would include: • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. • Manage both vendor and client relationships • Create and review project submittals and change orders • Ensure project deadlines are met. • Determine project changes. • Provide administrative support as needed. • Trouble shoot and solve client issues, bringing resolution and identifying additional potential issues before they become problems. • Ensure that all materials that are needed are ordered and ready as necessary. What you need: • 5+ years' experience in construction/plumbing • While not required a degree in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering is a plus • Previous work experience as an Assistant Project Manager • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management • Ability to build relationships and instill confidence in your clients. • Work in a professional manner; be punctual, communicate clearly & concisely, and influence clients. • A clean Driver’s License Please contact us at 914-276-1493 to schedule an interview • Principals only.
