************ All Furniture will be moved off tile, wide open spaces to do this job ************ There is approximately 842 Square Feet of 18” x 18” Floor tile. This measurement is fairly accurate. We are not trying to remove "ALL" of the grout, just deep enough to place a new layer of lighter color grout on top of the old grout. The grout is dark in some places so in these areas, the grout will have to be deep enough for the new grout will cover the dark old grout. The floor is of a tan/beige color and the new grout is a light color named "biscuit" which is like a cream color. We need some one to scratch out some of the grout and put a new layer of grout down! The current grout job is fairly recessed down from the tile surface. So, maybe there won’t be a need to remove very much grout. We just need the new grout to be able to stick and not come out!
