What it's all about: 🎭 This workshop is a mask-making craft experience with informational tidbits about the origin of masks in theatre, performances, and its relevancy today! This workshop will start with a short “lecture” style in which we will speak about things such as: pronunciation with masks, how it helped actors project in ancient Greece, how it can create wild characters, and how to make your own. Students will then craft their own masked characters. The students will also have an opportunity at the end of the workshop to share what their character is and how they went about creating them.
