In this workshop you will learn what a sound bath is and how it is used to reduce stress and aniexty. Jordan Moon will also host a full sound bath session after the workshop.
A sound bath isn’t the same thing as music therapy.
A sound bath is used to help managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system to help you become intuned with your body
