Game Changers Leadership & Player Development Combine involves a full day of dialogue and team-building activities for high school athletes. This action packed day is meant to highlight some of the core competencies that are needed by successful athletes to not only use their talent to open the door, but cultivate the character to continue to keep the doors open.  Some of the topics that will be discussed: Values:  Decision making, Emotional intelligence, StressFinance:  Checking, Savings, Credit, DebtAcademics+:  Education (New GPA requirements), Recruiting process, Exercise, Time management, NutritionSocial Responsibility:  Community Service, Social Media etiquette, etc. Registration: Early Bird: $35 by June 13th                  Regular:  $55  June 14th-June 18th                                                                      Registration Includes: Hot Breakfast                 *Breakout SessionsLunch                                               *SeminarsT-Shirt                                             *Panel DiscussionsTeam Building Activities                       and More!              FAQs   What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is free parking at the facility or street parking.What is the dress code for the event? A t-shirt is included with the price of registration to be worn the day of the event.  The student can feel free to wear any bottoms permissible to an athletic practice i.e shorts or jogging pant.Do you issue refunds? Due to specific ordering of custom t-shirt sizes, and individual meals for each participant, there are no refunds.  Student's who are absent the day of the event, will have their shirt available until July 30th.  Simply contact someone at Game Changers office. Where is the best place to be dropped off? The first segment will be at the Center for Civic Engagement  This is accessible by entering the parking lot at 740 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Please arrive at the CCE by: 8:15am.  Breakfast will be served at 8:30am. We will be transitioning to  different locations on during that day.  Trying to find which building or room we will be at, may be a challenge if a student arrives late. Most importantly--it wouldn't be the same without being there from the beginning!   Game Changers is a 501(c)(3) organization that encourages leadership skills in athletes.  We focus on Academics, Community Service, Leadership, and Mentoring.
