Black Boys OM & CreativeSuitland Partner to bring Yoga and Meditation in the Park Black Boys OM, 501c3, and CreativeSuitland are providing education in Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga in this free event for Black Boys, Black Men, and the Greater Suitland Community. This time of centering, breathing, mindfulness, and Yoga will be accessible to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Black Boys OM exists to Inspire Wellness in Black Boys and Black Men by creating a connected community of BlackLeaders who are already using the tools of Yoga and Mindfulness to create positive and lasting change in their local communities.
