A Taste of Thai Cuisine Yello Vegan Cooking Class featuring “A Taste of Thai” Sweet & Spice and everything nice! Saturday, June 12 from 6 - 8 PM. This heart healthy event finishes with a tasting of the evening's creations and a Q & A with Executive Chef Alan Nippert. The class is presented in a fun and lively demonstration format. Menu: Crispy Thai chili cauliflower tossed in a sweet + spicy sauce served with coconut-ginger parsnip puree GF Thai sweet sticky rice with mango GF Tickets are $45 per person and include a complimentary glass of wine or beverage of choice. Available for purchase in-house or on Eventbrite. Seating is limited. Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 9 2021. No walk-ins for this event will be accepted.
