Full Job Description: We have an opening for the Groundskeeper - Beautification specialist position in our Apartments Community. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Position requires: -Mostly time spent outside -Check the property at least three times a day for trash -Police grounds -Pass notices to units -Other things if assistance is needed included helping housekeeping or maintenance staff -Prep for a maintenance position when ready If you are looking for a great career we want to meet you. Qualifications License: Valid Virginia Driver's License (Required) and Valid transportation (Required) Must be a team player and self motivator. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
