Description

This four-week series explores the pure teachings of Buddhist tantra. Learn how to reach your supreme inner potential! Explore the beautiful world of Tantra. Tantra includes a set of Buddha’s teachings on the most swift methods to free ourselves from our ordinary, negative self-conceptions and unlock our unlimited potential for happiness, mental freedom, and ability to help others. We transform attachment into the path to enlightenment and see how an ordinary person like ourself can actually become an enlightened being and possess a body of light completely free from pain, sickness and even death. We are very fortunate to have met pure Tantric teachings. In these classes we will explore: * Levels of purification * Transforming attachment into the spiritual path * Identifying with our completely pure potential * Buddha's Tantric teachings on our body's subtle system of channels, drops and winds, also known as the vajra body * Meditating with our subtle mind In Highest Yoga Tantra, we learn about our subtle body. In today's society we are very knowledgeable about our human body, all its organs and systems, cells and tissues. We are less familiar with the subtle anatomy of our body, which is critical for experiencing and realizing our more subtle levels of consciousness, clear light and great bliss. Only in Highest Yoga Tantra do we learn how to meditate with subtle levels of consciousness. Everyone welcome! COVID-19 safety protocols will be observed in the Temple to ensure protection for those that may not be fully vaccinated. These protocols include wearing a mask regardless of vaccination status, maintaining social distancing of six feet, and not singing. Class ScheduleJune 7 - What Is Tantra?
