Kneading assistant

I am looking for an assistant to help me mix clay by hand, this is labor intensive and will require strong forearms and some stamina. The job involves weighing 10lbs of clay and then mixing in additives through wedging or kneading the clay. The clay must be fully and thoroughly mixed before starting a new block. After mixing, you will wrap the clay in plastic and label it with tape and a marker. With an average of four 10lb blocks an hour... If you get fast with the process, I’m willing to offer $5 per block instead so the faster the mixing, the more money, but we will start at $20 an hour.
