You will be preparing Juices, Smoothies and keeping the store clean on a daily basis. Customer-facing. Must have juice bar or food experience. Promote a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to our customers. Food Handling license is preferred before starting but it can be obtained after employment. Any juice bar experience is highly preferred RESPONSIBILITIES Gives every customer immediate and undivided attention Exceed customer expectations with knowledge and attention to their needs. Offers advice to clients regarding particular juices. Impressing each customer with your level of customer service and attention to detail. Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products. Follow department procedures to maintain supplies, backstock, and coolers and to track product transfers and spoilage. Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adheres to safe work practices Maintain a clean and organized area Operate and sanitize all Prepared Foods equipment in a safe and proper manner. Other duties as assigned. Order Ingredients and Fruits from distributors Offers advice to clients regarding particular products or services.
