Responsibilities: • Ability to work cooperatively with the Director of maintenance team. • Performs various maintenance functions including minor repairs that do not require need of license in the following areas: • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry duties • Ability to provide detailed progress updates. • Ensures compliance with safety practices and procedures. • Perform emergency on -call service for after hours maintenance related issues as required, snow removal. • A valid driver’s license, clean record (driving) criminal background check • 2-5 years of experience Submit your resume with references- no phone calls please.
