Weeding and hose down deck/house

I need someone to do some weeding around my house. I'd also like someone to hose down my deck, front porch and side of house as there's a bunch of pollen that needs to be washed off. If interested please let me know when available and hourly rate. I'm in Atlantic city on the water in Gardners basin.
