Foxon Property Management, LLC Looking to hire 4 Carpenters and 4 Carpenter Helpers Must Have 3+ years of Carpentry Experience residential and commercial Must be 18+ Drug Free and Clean Appearance is a must! Carpenters helper must have 5+ years of valid construction experience Current Project Westville Commercial property that needs vertical and horizontal wood trim to be installed throughout entire unit. Kitchen cabinets need to be installed as well. Bedroom doors need to installed through out property in multiple apartments. Carpenters Day Rate: $185-$225 based on experience Carpenters Helper Day Rate: $140-$160 based on experience Project start date: 07/01/2021 Carpenter must have their own tools to perform scope of work that is needed.
