Small, black dog with brown markings under chin and on chest missing as of a few hours ago. Last seen around 9th and Washington. Answers to "Suitcase". May be be a little skittish. He is microchipped and any vet can contact the owner. There is a $500 reward. If you see him, please text . Thanks
