Handyman / Maintenance needed for Assisted Living Facility / Group Homes in Pembroke Pines. Needed for 30 Hours with Possibility of Full-Time. Work schedule will probably be 9am - 3pm, Mon. - Fri. but can be flexible.
With Tools and Pickup Truck or Van preferred. Must have a clean criminal record.
Duties include:
Plumbing - unclog drains, change faucets, change toilet, bathroom vanities, etc.
Landscaping - killing weeds, garden clean-up / mulching, hedge trimming, etc.
Light Electrical - change a ceiling fan, electrical outlets, etc.
Light Drywall - repair any holes in walls, patch, paint.
Painting
Light Auto Mechanic - maintenance of company vans, check to make sure they are in proper working order.
Appliance Repair - also preferred.

Se busca con conozimiento de plomería, electricidad básica, pintura, jardinería, mecánica, reparación de sheet rock, reparacion de acesorios preferible - lavadoras, refrigeradores, etc.
