Maintenance Technician - Temporary Position

This position will be responsible for general maintenance responsibilities. This person will set up or take down modular furniture, adjust work stations, and move office furniture. Prepares meeting rooms as needed to include IT equipment support and servicing. Must be able to read and interpret building plans and specifications; and have advanced knowledge of safety practices. Must be able to climb stairs; lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. May provide back-up coverage for reception or mail support. Temporary employment assignment length is 3-6 months. Position Hours: 7:00 am - 3:15 pm.
