NOTE: While registration is completely free for all automotive professionals and their families, please be prepared to show proof of employment at a local automotive dealership for admission upon arrival to the Museum. What Is National Automotive Service Professionals Day? In 2005, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence declared the second week of June as National Automotive Service Professionals Week, culminating in National Automotive Professionals Day, to honor the commitment of technicians all around the country. “ASE created National Automotive Service Professionals Week to recognize the men and women who service and maintain the highly complex vehicles upon which we depend so much for our day-to-day transportation,” said Tim Zilke, ASE president and CEO. “This event acknowledges that skill and dedication, and ASE is proud to help recognize these individuals for their commitment to their customers, their craft and the American economy.”
