About the Bus TourOur Bus Tour is a donation-based event, where your donation will secure your ticket and we will match that donation dollar for dollar, making twice the impact. All proceeds will go directly to Kids' Meals, a non-profit organization that delivers free, healthy meals to the doorsteps of Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children. When school is out, they deliver meals to up to 6,100 kids a day. With the help of our Houston community, we have contributed towards 800 meals delivered within the past two months! Each tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners (lenders, inspectors, general contractors, etc.). We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a few properties already owned by PIN members where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. Our strategic partners assist us by going through the PIN process onsite and help us analyze the investment in real time. After visiting a few properties, we return back to our starting point where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given exclusive access to real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network.
