A Summer Night at the Estate will benefit the ongoing work of the Elderly Project in Haiti. Join us for a summer night hosted at the lovely Kennedy Estate and catered by local favorite, Rusted Silo Southern BBQ and Brewhouse. In addition to an exciting Dessert Dash, a silent auction of some beautiful hand-crafted items made by Haitian artisans, and Cornhole for a Cause*, we will feature speaker Dr. Kelly Crowdis. Kelly, an ex-pat who lives in Haiti and a long-time friend, will share the plight of the elderly in Haiti and what we can do to help. Since December 2016, Laman Outreach has worked alongside community leaders in Haiti to provide food, medical care, and a sense of community and value to the underserved elderly population. It has been truly rewarding to see young Haitian men and women help restore dignity in the elderly people they serve. Proceeds from A Summer Night at the Estate will benefit the expansion of the Elderly Project into the Artibonite department of Haiti. *Cornhole for a Cause Join us in a fun, spirited competition of Cornhole to raise funds for the Elderly Project in the Artibonite, Haiti!
