Wild mushroom educational workshop Join the fun while Chef Ian discusses mushrooms: safety, field guide comprehension, tact, seasonal species, identifying factors, traditional uses, culinary applications and medicinal importance. Chef Ian will be engaging in a 60 minute lecture followed by a 30 minute open discussion. Questions and audience participation will be encouraged! Chef Ian's greatest passions include education, local culinary sustainability, healthy eating and of course wild mushrooms🍄 Children 6& up welcome! Add a ticket for them at checkout for $12.
