In this curated coffee tasting we'll explore the impact of roast level (light, medium, dark) on the flavor of brewed coffee. We taste a lot of coffee every day. On the second Thursday of each month we invite you to join us to taste a curated selection of coffees that we find interesting for some reason. Each of these coffee tastings includes three coffees that illustrate a theme or common characteristic that we find interesting. Come back every month for a different perspective on specialty coffee.
