Renew You Sound Bath and Meditation for All Hello Everyone! And welcome! I know that this past year has been very difficult,stressful and challenging for us all With that being said Id like to welcome you to enjoy a wonderful Saturday afternoon for the 2nd Renew Sound bath meditation. This event is for us to gather together to practice self love in nature by the water at Alamitos Heights Park I start the event with a light Yoga/Stretching Then move into a teaching on self love-/self care and connecting with your inner happiness and relaxation with the incredible sounds of Crystal singing bowls (sound bath) This event is a glow sound bath. The event will incorporate the glow of the sunset with the flow and GLOW of my sound bowls! ​ Date:June 5th Time:6:30-8pm Location: Alamitos Heights Park (Colorado Lagoon) Parking Locations:On the street parking (directions below)
