Two friendly indoor/outdoor cats

Two grey female cats. Both are very friendly and affectionate. Rub against me and ready to jump in my lap. They were left from the previous renter and have been living outside. They would be good for keeping away mice and rats. And would really love for someone to give them attention and to be kept together. I do not know if they are spayed or how old they are (I would guess 1-2 years old)
