Your Total Freedom: No Ego, No Problem When you feel stressed or anxious, you've tried to relieve your negative feelings with alcohol, entertainment, balancing chakras, massage, acupuncture, mediation, holistic healing..... However, stress will come back very soon because these things are only temporary reliefs, not cures. Is there really a cure to completely end all your suffering? Yes. It's simply the elimination of your ego, a sense of a fixed, separated, and independent self. When your ego dissolves, all your suffering will disappear. Sounds radical? The ego is limited and fearful. As long as the ego remains, you are running for 2 kinds of things in your lifetime: chasing things you love(money, fame, others' approval, etc) and avoiding things you hate(failure, death, loss, etc ). While running, you automatically have fears of not getting what you want, losing what you already have, facing what you hate, and simultaneously accumulate more and more inner pressure, tension, stress, disappointment, anxiety. Consequently, you live in a duality world that is created by your ego and has endless problems so you always run away from the present moment, the only access point of your life, with endless distractions, a.k.a entertainments. Due to the non-stop running, you always feel exhausted and will never rest. You never go beyond a thoughts-made sense of self that is conditioned by your past. The ego becomes the source of all suffering. All you need to do is let go of the negative feelings that are caused by the ego. When you let go of your negative feelings, you automatically rediscover positive feelings such as unconditional love, compassion, inner peace. In each session, we'll have a different topic about letting go of negative feelings(e.g., letting go of anxiety as a normal mental state). SAMPLE SCHEDULE:Weekly Topic: Letting go of fears1. Self Check-inYou answer some questions that will help you understand what your biggest fear is and how it prevents you from total freedom. - What's your biggest fear? - Have you ever tried to remove it? If you did, what happened? - What happens if you successfully remove your fear? 2. MeditationI'll guide you through a meditative adventure: Start with allowing your attention to transition from your thoughts to your breathing and body sensations. You invite your biggest fear to come up, directly experience the current body sensation and release the inner tension that is caused by your fear. All you need to do is to allow your fear to be as it is and let go of efforts to change it. Eventually, your fear will pass through your awareness. 3.Self-reflectionYou silently reflect on what we talked about today. 4.Life ExperimentYou'll create a real-life experiment based on what you learned today. Let's say you always escape your fears with endless entertainment.
