Perfect for Father's Day - bring dad and learn how to defend yourselves. The first thirty dads will receive a free Father's Day gift. We're excited to announce a a FREE Dad and Me Class! Learn how to defend yourself with hands on training. You and your child will have lots of fun! Everyone goes at their own pace and level. No one gets hurt. Please wear a t-shirt and long shorts or sweatpants. You'll want to bring a bottle of water. The class will last approximately one hour. Come and join the fun!
