MIND & BODY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER IS HIRING www.mindandbodybhc.org LMHC and LICSW JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Sign on bonus for those that stay for 6 months or refer someone to the position and you both get the bonus after 6 months. WE are looking to hire fee for service providers to work as part of a multi-disciplinary wellness group in Canton, MA. WE serve kids from 5 to older adults. Work Activities Requirements. - Develops comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for each patient - Provides individual, group and family counseling - Provides crisis intervention and referrals to psychiatric programs as needed - Works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in securing continuity of care - Days, times and hours are flexible Skills: One will need to be able to provide independent, outstanding, structured, professional and cultural competent services and work apart of a multidisciplinary patient care team. Education: Hold at a minimum of a masters degree in education, social services or social work. Be licensed or be in the active process of becoming licensed. (Supervision can be provided only with LMHC eligible providers,) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a psychiatric setting while conducting direct care services. Have a comprehensive liability insurance policy and clean criminal record. Bonus: Vacation is available as a paid time off. Income is based on flat fee rates.
