From the Charter School of Wilmington: May 27, 2021 Alessandro Iaia Hernandez was named one of the 30 Under 30 Changemakers by the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools for his social justice efforts. "Since Alessandro arrived at CSW in 2017, he has been blazing a path towards social justice in our school and community. He founded the Asian Hispanic Empowerment Organization and our Hispanic Outreach Club, and lends his voice in writing columns, journals, and articles. We are looking forward to seeing how Alessandro continues to impact change in the years to come.
