New Pizza Shop Opening In Braintree

BRAINTREE, MA — A new restaurant will open on Pond Street where Georgianna's Pizza used to be. The Braintree Licensing Board approved a restaurant license for Tiago's Kitchen at 611 Pond Street. The owner of Tiago's Kitchen is Tiago Guimaraes, of Whitman, the Patriot Ledger reported. Guimaraes has worked in the restaurant business for years and most recently worked at the Abington Depot restaurant. Guimaraes said Tiago's kitchen will offer a variety of pizzas, and he hopes to have the restaurant open on June7. For more on this story, check out the Patriot Ledger.
