During Artful Primo Piatto, Chef Antonio will guide you through the traditional dishes of the first plate. To eat like an Italian, leisurely multi-course meals are a tradition--a full Italian meal includes five courses. The primo piatto is the first course served after the appetizer. During Artful Primo Piatto, Chef Antonio will guide you through the traditional dishes of the first plate. The menu for this demonstration cooking class will include: Risotto with wild mushroomsPolenta with spinach and prosciuttoHomemade gnocchi with Asparagus Gorgonzola saucePlan to join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante. As you cook through each course, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home. This cooking class is $75/person. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers. *Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
