Start your Memorial Day weekend off with a beautiful floating yoga and mediation on Lake Ivanhoe. This is a beginner friendly session. Even if you have never paddled or practiced yoga, our instructors will have you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
We leave the dock and paddle a short distance. You'll anchor your board to our special yoga system near shore and enjoy a gentle and restorative yoga practice followed by a floating meditation.
After the yoga session, you are welcome to stay and relax the lake for another 30 minutes or our instructors will take photos of you in your favorite yoga poses on the water. Enjoy the rest of your day feeling relaxed and refreshed! You'll have a new appreciation and connection to nature and yourself.
The event fee includes:
-Paddleboard and all safety gear
-Floating Yoga and Meditation
-Dry Bag for Valuables
What to bring:
-Reusable Water Bottle
-Sun Protection
-Small towel to cover your face during the meditation if the sun is bright
-Change of clothing and towel. Most people do not fall off but you may want to go for a swim, the water feels amazing.
What to Wear:
Bathing Suit or Workout Attire
This event is $15 with your own board.
