A patient who left UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center carjacked an individual who was eating his lunch in his vehicle parked in the medical center's parking garage. The incident occurred Wednesday shortly after 2 p.m. The patient also stole the man's pants. (Patch) 2. Students age 12 and older are able to obtain the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine next week.
