In this course students will learn the setup and proper use of MIG (GMAW) and flux-core arc welding (FCAW) equipment. Taught by Peter Murr. The cost is $49. In this course students will learn the setup and proper use of MIG (GMAW) and flux-core arc welding (FCAW) equipment. Students will learn theory, metallurgy, and electrode selection in this class. Students will perform welds using short circuit and spray transfer methods. Welding performance is held to the American Welding Society standards for performance and proper weld profile.
