*Gross including overtime. Also a $6K Hiring Bonus is available! Details during interviews. Our growing construction firm is hiring full-time, year-round telecom foremen to run our crews. Individuals interested in this position will lead a crew working on wireless communications towers and other projects as needed in the Upper Midwest. Approximately $85K+ including overtime the first year. Training is paid, and tools/equipment and transportation to jobs is provided. Previous tower climbing and crew leadership experience required. Applicants must pass a pre-employment and DOT physical, be able to climb with a harness, safety equipment, and tools, and have good dexterity. A valid driver's license required. Commercial Class A license is a plus but not required. The position requires the ability work throughout the Upper Midwest, sometimes 2 weeks at a time. $100 travel per diems to cover lodging and meals when on the road. We pay weekly, and hours worked over 40 in a week are time-and-a-half your hourly rate. OVERTIME IS HIGHLY LIKELY! Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, physical, driving and background checks.
